1. Bitnob Becomes the First African Company to Integrate Universal Money Address (UMA)

Bitnob, an African fintech company, has integrated with the Universal Money Address (UMA) standard, making it the first African company to adopt this payment protocol. UMA, built on the Bitcoin Lightning network, enables 24/7 transactions in fiat or Bitcoin using preferred wallets, exchanges, or banks. Read more.


2.  Africans Represent in the just concluded Lugano Plan B conference 

During the recently concluded Lugano Plan B conference, the spirit of African resilience and determination took center stage as the continent’s most brilliant minds and innovators gathered.
