What You’ll Actually Do:
Build deep, strategic relationships with KOLs, influencers, and Web3 voices that matter.
Identify growth loops inside communities most exchanges ignore.
Spot signal through noise, and act on it before anyone else does.
Move with full autonomy, on your time but always in sync with our mission.
You Might Be the One If:
You’ve worked with creators or KOLs before (and didn’t fumble the bag).
You live on-chain, not just on Twitter.
You know the dynamics of your region: who matters, what’s shifting, and why timing is everything.

Requirements:
- Experience working with crypto influencers/KOLs – You’ve built or managed influencer relationships and understand how to drive growth through community and content.
- Industry familiarity – You’ve worked with or promoted crypto platforms, exchanges, or Web3 projects and understand the dynamics of the space.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing — ideally within the crypto, blockchain, or tech sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — you're confident engaging with KOLs, creators, and potential partners.
- Self-driven and results-oriented — you work independently and make things happen without needing constant direction.
- Regional insight — you understand the African or Middle Eastern Web3 landscape, including trends, communities, and influencers that matter.
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones, with a flexible, startup mindset.
Pay:
- $102,000.00
